Shiner Flight Blonde

 

We were messing around the other night at McJ and turned this Shiner Light Blonde beer can into a remote control helicopter. We did this by taking the guts out of one of these Chinooks to the right.

I feel confident in saying this is the first beer can in flight (unless you count hurling one from a river bank to a floating friend in an inner tube), but I'd love to see some similar projects. Post a link if you have something. I found a lot a people landing RC heli's on beer cans. Enough to think it's some sort of right of passage in the Pilot Branch of the Remote Control Helicopter Association. I understand this as we have challenges to land on obscure objects around the office.
