Leap Motion + Google Earth

So, Leap Motion is constantly in the forefront of my mind, and today they released this mashup of technology to create a great interactive experience.

Skate Game with Leap Motion

As stated in a previous post, I got an early version of the Leap Controller and started playing around with interaction ideas and gaming concepts. I've ended on a skating game that really focuses on the board and the footwork. We'll have a scoring system, social gaming like S.K.A.T.E. (I do a trick and pass to a friend to match or get the letter "S"), and of course it goes on from there.

I'd love to hear some feedback or ideas to build upon.

Leap Motion Controller Has Arrived

I just opened up my Leap Controller after a couple of anticipatory months. For those of you not familiar with this technology gem, it is a 3-D motion tracking device with absurd accuracy. It is capable of successfully tracking 2 hands and 10 fingers on a granular level. Stay tuned for more.
