I'm loving the time-capsule nature of these photos. I can picture a day like this, and feel like I've been part of similar settings. This day was before I was around, but seems like it was a powerful one. Wish I was there.
Top of the Ranks - Kanye Twitty
As most of the world knows by this point, I made a photo mash-up of Kanye West and Conway Twitty.

Well, I'm very proud to announce "Kanye Twitty" has been at the top of Google Image Search for about a year now. Over the past months I've checked this search from time to time (to maintain the reign) and I'm amazed. I think about the enormous, absurd amount of information on the web and that I am the #1 suggested for a very peculiar, niche obsession with pop versus classic culture.

My grandmother was a huge fan of Conway Twitty. She'd be so proud of me for this achievement...or she would be very disappointed in my ways of visual disfigurement. I think I'll bask in the former.
